At Holistic U Wellness, we offer personalized therapy designed to support every part of who you are— your mind, body, and spirit. We believe these parts of you are deeply connected, and true healing comes from caring for all of them.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re simply looking for a more well-rounded approach, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
ALEXIS BELL, LCSW-C
Hello! I’m your therapist Alexis, LCSW-C based in MD. I earned my undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Salisbury University, followed by a graduate degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find balance in their emotional and mental well being.
Outside of my professional life, I am a firm believer in the power of music (especially R&B—drop me your favorite artist!), the joy of spending quality time with loved ones, and the simple pleasures of life, like a walk in nature. I’m also an avid traveler, always seeking new places and experiences to broaden my perspective. If you’re looking for someone who brings a holistic approach to treatment while maintaining a compassionate, informed, and balanced approach to therapy, I’d love to connect with you.
